Featuring free private parking, the 1-star guest house is 500 metres from Sultan's Palace. The guest house has family rooms. We stayed in 3 hotels in Yogyakarta, this one was the best. The owner is very nice and helpful, he cooked for us an amazing breakfast. Was so yummy that we order another breakfast 🤓 Everything is clean and smell good. There is not hot shower but the water is not so cold. I recommend.

This small hotel offers the relaxation one needs after a busy day touring the city. Most importantly though, Pras and his team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Even before the stay Pras was quick in responding to questions and made sure we would have a safe trip from the airport to the hotel. During our stay, Pras and his team organized a driver for our trips to the temples and Surakarta and had great suggestions on sights to see and indonesian restaurants to go to.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of mountain, Blue Garden Yogyakarta is a recently renovated guest house located in Yogyakarta, 11 km from Museum Sonobudoyo. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Garden. Friendly staff, spacious pool and good breakfast. We extended our stay and stayed for one week because it was so nice and quite.

Beautiful guesthouse built in traditional Indonesian style with a lot of characteristic wood carvings. The venue is located about 15 min drive from the busy city center. The location is very quiet. We had booked a family room for four. This was a very spacious room with two large beds, private terrace and bathroom. Breakfast is served on the private terrace and consists of omelet, toast, fresh fruit, cake and coffee/tea.

The guest house is a 15-minute drive from Royal Ambarrukmo, a 30-minute drive from Malioboro area as well as Yogyakarta town square and a 70-minute drive from Borobudur Temple. Adisucipto Airport is a 10-minute drive away. This is an amazing place if you want to immerse yourself into local culture. The host family was extremely helpful and provided me with lots of local experiences and ideas. If possible ask the host to help you with a ride to the airport or your next destination. I did and he was more of a local tour than transport. Can’t recommend this family enough.

Guesthouse Viavia is a 45-minute drive from Adisucipto Airport and a 1-hour drive from Prambanan Temple. Rooms were nice and clean, also the garden was a good spot for relaxing! :) the people from ViaVia are soooo nice and made our stay unforgettable. We stayed 4 nights instead of 2 as originally planned. Thank you so much guys, it was a pleasure to stay at your place! :)
