Try breakfast buffet at Casa di Goa which is just 1 min walk from the property. The staff and the rooms were very good. Feels like home. Also they have good contacts for car. Just give a call to Vilas Pednekar. He will arrange everything. He is a very good person. We went for our Wife's birthday and he arranged everything and did not charge us a single penny. It was a great stay

But the best part about my stay were the owners. Incredibly kind, helpful and genuine and a great source of knowledge. If I'm ever back in Goa, this is where I'd stay.

Brandon and family were very welcoming, supportive and informative. They really did exceed our expectations of stay at their beautiful Pinnacle Homes. Breakfast was delicious and served with love and etiquette. The location is perfect to cover all lovely places in north Goa. They even helped us to get commute right at their place. Very humble everyone was at their place. My special thanks to Creg, their elder son who did a very hearty welcome of us in absence of his parents. Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store.

Please note there is no AC on this property as we have a traditional style tiled roof layout. A truly family-run guesthouse, I would absolutely recommend Villa Khatun to those looking for a relaxing stay tucked away from the chaos of central Panaji. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed with a small fridge and kettle. Common areas are great for meeting other guests. The property has nice plants, flowers and even turtles! Alim, an excellent host all around, gives great recommendations for local sights and restaurants based on your interests.

Overlooking the whitewashed St. Sebastian Chapel, Afonso Guest House is located in the heart of Fontainhas, an old Latin Quarter. Free WiFi access is available. The Panaji Kadamba Bus Station is just 800 metres away. Great quiet location in the middle of a nice district.
