We ended up getting the dorm room, which just had a bunk bed which was perfect! The bed was super comfy, and the shared washroom was very clean. It was a very quiet and comfortable stay, would reccomend it!

The hosts proactively reached out to me and arranged Tuk Tuk and a local boat in the evening - I would've struggled if they didn't do it. Laundry service was quick. They even arranged a motorcycle for my trip to Don Det and Don Khon. I loved their hammocks. The villagers around the property are very friendly too. Highly recommended!

Xuanmai Garden Resort is a 15-minute drive from Pakse’s centre. Guests can enjoy their meals at the on-site restaurant. The owner is very friendly. Beautiful location and great food. Big room and aircon.

The fans in the room were more than efficient in the heat, and the room was large and airy. The common area in the cafe is well equipped with sockets and fans, and perfect for working or chilling out. Falling asleep to the sound of frogs in the nearby river was wonderful :)

Had a very nice time here at the guesthouse. Great way to truly experience Pakse. Spent afternoons in the ac room. Could walk to town center or tuktuk. Tina was fun to talk with and hung out with her and some of her friends one of the nights and felt very welcome. Will return!

The person that handles the property is amazing, struggling a little bit with the English but he will definitely try to help you with your questions. The food is amazing as well and the restaurant is on the river, perfect for enjoying a nice breakfast!
