Susanna and Tusharo (please excuse me if I’m misspelling the names :) were wonderful hosts. Welcoming and informative. It really felt like our own house. Spotless clean, equipped with everything a traveler needs, beautiful nature around, a garden well kept. Another great thing is the hosts really care about animals and Tusharo shared fascinating information about the connection local people share with the sea turtles (we got lucky and swam with them). The beach has some great surf. Would love to come back and stay more.

Way to go is free of charge you need only to pay the way back around 600 roupies / 2 euros. Nice swimming pool, nice service we spent two good nights there with kids.

Roshan's Guest House is located in Hikkaduwa, 1.9 km from Seenigama Beach, 1.9 km from Narigama beach, and 19 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium. The air-conditioned accommodation is 400 metres from Hikkaduwa Beach. The guest house features family rooms. This hotel was so clean and comfortable! The owner was very helpful and friendly. He let us keep our bags in the room while we did morning scuba dives and checked out late. It is very affordable. It did not have hot water or AC but the fan worked well and mosquito nets for the beds so you can keep the windows open for a comfortable sleep. It is a ine minute walk to the main bus station and 5 minutes to Poseidon Dive center. The location could not have been better. We highly recommend staying here!!
