Very good value for money. The room is big, clean, pillows and mattress are comfortable. The shared bathrooms were always clean, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Located a bit away from the main streets but very quite and easy to walk around. The check-in and check-out were smooth and many information were provided to enjoy the stay.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and have an AC (although you probably won't even need it, given the excellent construction). Staff were incredibly helpful, providing advice on the local area and even helping us get local street food when we had to leave before the breakfast buffet opened. The breakfast buffet is amazing, providing both Western options and local specialties. The location is amazing as well, in easy walking distance to shops, eateries and sights as well as the free shuttle bus.

I arrived out of Borneo and was provided a glorious house near love lane, Penang. It is glorious no question. Superb bed , shower , kitchenette. Next to bars , breakfast bars , cafes. It is inconceivable that every time I come to Penang I won't desire to stay there ! So it's 10/10 from me. Ill return without question.
