The breakfast is served at Vila but the lunch and dinner are served at the authentic Jožica Tavern, located 1.1 km away. What a beautiful place to stay. We had the attic for four days. Beautiful views and the sound of the nearby waterfall from the balcony was an added bonus. Super clean, lovely room. The owners were lovely. Can't complain about anything. Hope to come back again!

The elegantly decorated apartments come with a fridge, electric kettle and dishwasher. Panoramic views of the mountainous landscape are provided from the balconies. At first, rather guest was disturbing, but the owner did his best to stop it and from then on everything was perfect.

Well-equipped kitchen. Very friendly staff made our stay pleasant from beginning to end. Parking just outside. Great location for outdoor activities.

Garni Hotel Miklič is a 3-star hotel located amidst the mountains in the town of Kranjska Gora, at the foothills of Vitranc and right next to a ski slope. Built in 1993, the a family-run property provides free WiFi is throughout. I requested to have fruit in lieu of breakfast and the owner offered me a wide range of fruit. I didn't take all that was on offer, but the owner really tried to fulfil my request. The decor in the room was warm, welcoming and immaculate

The modern restaurant at the guest house specialises in Italian cuisine, and is open for dinner and brunch. Our stay at Chalet Sofija totally exceeded our expectations (which are quite high), from the moment we arrived till the moment we had to leave. First of all, the location of the chalet is out of this world, with views that take your breath away from every angle you look, whether from the room, while enjoying a nice dip in the infinity pool or eating breakfast or dinner from the terrace. The photos do not do it justice, it is unbelievable how beautiful this place is. Secondly and not less important, the hospitality of the hosts, Pop and Aleksandra together with the Manageress Alenka was exceptional throughout our stay and they went out of their way to make us feel at home and that is how we felt during the whole of our stay there. To top it up, the food was expertly prepared and was one of the finest dining experiences we have encountered, exceeding the level of many Michelin star restaurants we have dined at. Pop’s innovative cooking presented us with amazing and delicious dishes with a twist, not only for dinner but also for breakfast. He also served us with very good Slovenian wines that went really well with the dishes served. And, if this was not enough, the room was huge, exquisitely and modernly decorated but perfectly fit with the surrounding nature and offered panoramic views over the surrounding mountains and forest, with a huge terrace from where we could enjoy this beautiful nature up close. I don’t think we will ever find an accommodation in Slovenia that comes even close to what we experienced at Chalet Sofija.
