Lemon Guesthouse features accommodation with free WiFi in Chiang Mai, ideally situated 700 metres from Three Kings Monument and 700 metres from Chedi Luang Temple. Really lovely facilities and the owners gave us such a warm welcome. The bed was so comfy! They were very apologetic in regards to some antisocial behaviour from other guests even though this wasn’t at all their fault. We really enjoyed the breakfast including salad from the owner’s rooftop garden. Thanks for a great stay, we would come again!

Very, very friendly host and hostess. Tok and Big, thank you very much for your kindness and lovely care. They are very flexible and open to help in any kind of situation. One of the many advantages of staying here is that you can rent a motorbike for only 250 baht a day. You only have to fill in your signature on a paper and that's it! No leaving your passport behind or paying a deposit. We wanted to take the moterbike for one or two days to Pai and that was no problem at all. Tok even checked our moterbike for any kind of problems.They didn't make us pay for the checkup. Also if you have any questions Tok and Big will try to help where they can. They give some tips about nice locations in Thailand that aren't too touristy and they can call a cab or an organisation for you. Our room was very big and clean, we liked the style of the interior and the vibe of the room. In the shared 'kitchen' outside, you can use drinking water, coffee and tea for free. The only disadvantage is that the location is not close to the city center, but a seven eleven is nearby (5 minutes walk). It also wasn't too bad of a location, we walked several times to the night market (18 minute walk) So if you do not mind to walk a bit then this is just perfect. It was nice to have your own room to rest and also the living area aka the kitchen outside to socialize with other travelers. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Chiang Mai.

Located 500 metres from Chiang Mai Bus Station, Ban Maitree offers accommodation with a terrace, as well as free bikes and a garden. I can’t say enough good stuff about my stay at Ban Maitree. It was absolutely perfect for my extended 5 week stay to attend school nearby. Amie is the perfect hostess and went far beyond what she needed to in order to assure my stay was top notch. I highly recommend Ban Maitree to meet all needs for affordability and accessibility for a long term stay in Chiang Mai. I’m already planning on returning in 2025😊

Located in Chiang Mai, 400 metres from Chedi Luang Temple and 400 metres from the centre, Nu Phen Homestay provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a shared lounge. It was our first Homestay experience as a family of six. We really enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Noon was an exceptional host! She hired a driver to take us to Chiang Rai which was significantly cheaper than going with a tour group. She also provided our younger kids with a few toys and crafts. She was so sweet and generous! We grew very fond of her and her family during our 12 day stay. The property was very clean and tidy. We never had an issue with sharing the bathrooms even though I had been nervous about it. The linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple fresh fruit, toast and jam, and some variety (egg, banana or toasted coconut) of sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf. There is a woman just 100 meters down the alleyway that makes fresh fruit smoothies and espresso drinks for 35Bht. We visited her often. The location is excellent! All the night markets are close enough to walk to. I enjoyed exercising in the city park which is very close as well.
