The room was clean, cosy and modern, and had everything we needed. Pear the owner was very friendly, professional and gave us lots of recommendations on her own paper map. 100% would recommend for anyone visiting Trang.

Cashew Nut Bungalow, Ko Mook is located 300 metres from Ko Mook Pier and 200 metres from the Centre Point. The guest house has a barbecue and views of the mountain, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Beautiful location, with mostly peaceful surroundings, but very close to the main street. There is of course some local wildlife (birds, lizards, bugs) but to me, that's a bonus. Buy some mosquito repellent spray or coils if you want to lounge around at night.

Situated in Ko Mook and nestled in nature, Mookies bungalow offers cosy tents and bungalows. The property is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It offers free WiFi in public areas and free private parking on-site. Chill off the beach jungle like setting. Close to Charlie beach and a short taxi right away from the rest of the island. Helpful and friendly staff.

The nearest airport is Krabi International Airport, 158 km from the guest house. Best place to stay on Koh Mook!! We extended our stay up to eight nights because it was so hard to leave. Beautiful garden and bungalows with comfortable toilets and showers. You get a lot of privacy because of the shape of the bungalow rooves. But you can always go to the bar to meet dope people (because this place attracts only dope people!) and always a nice atmosphere there. Bird (who runs it with his wife) is a one-of-a-kind character. Always smiling! He came also with little treats for us and offered to drive us and other guests on his scooter to Charlie Beach. He even took us out in the jungle for a day and talked about all the different plants he knew. So generous! The location is really nice, a few hundred metres walk away from the central "town" but surrounded by jungle and therefore lots of bats, cicadas, monitor lizards, etc to observe. Away from the big resorts and package tourists. Dig it!

The area is popular for cycling. Scooters and bike rental are available at this guest house at an extra charge. Staff can help arrange massage services and island tour by Tuk Tuk. If you like quiet and family vibes this is the place for you. We loved it from the moment we sat out feets on to the beach.

Every cosy bungalow at this guest house is air-conditioned and is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a fridge and a private bathroom. I stayed in this hotel three nights in April. From the beginning the staff has been very attentive, offering free (awesome! ) coconut ice-cream on arrival. The room is bright, well equipped and clean. Beds are a bit hard but it's quite common in Asia. Also, they can prepare breakfast if you inform them one day before. Would definitely book there again if I return to Koh Mook!

Guests at the guest house will be able to enjoy activities in and around Koh Mook, like cycling. We spent 5 nights in this temple of peace. Rooms face the sea with almost private balconies. The host Nikki is the most wonderful person and will make everything to make your stay as confortable as possible. The double room might be a bit small if you have big suitcases and the shower pressure was a bit low. But those are really small details comparing to the pleasure to stay there. Value for money is very high. If you like cats and animals in general, this is your paradise.

A 5-minute walk from Charlie Beach, one of the nicest beach in Ko Mook, Nature Hill offers a good spot of nature and relaxing atmosphere. It is surrounded by the lush hills. Free WiFi is available.

The accommodation is equipped with a fan, a balcony with seating and a private bathroom with a shower. The hosts were amazing, always there to help with good tips. The huts are very eco-friendly and create a really good atmosphere. And the location is just prime: At the least busy end of the island at 4min walking from the most beautiful beach I have ever been to.
