Location was very secure and very close to the beach. The large back yard and pool was a great feature and we used it daily. The kitchen was well stocked to cook and there was a BBQ as well. Great location close to many places to visit in the Nicoya Peninsula. Each bedroom had a bathroom to accompany, which was fantastic! The property manager was very responsive when we had questions.

AC worked well in the 2 of 3 rooms with AC. Have 2 stand up fans to help cool main area. Owner was nice and reserved our bioluminescence tour with Eddy. Great star gazing. Close to town. Interesting to stay in a local neighborhood.

Room and bathroom are basic but have everything you need and are very clean. It's located in a sort of residential area, so a good chance to get off the tourist trail and be in an area where everyone else is a local. The host was amazing, very friendly and helpful, she even gave me breakfast when she was making some for herself!
