The place was really clean on arrival with automatic gate- instruction was really clear on getting the locks, keys are prepared, utilities such as place to cook, utensils to eat and drink, functional laundry is a plus plus, TV room and Living room serves as a perfect place to gather and discuss, its truly a hidden gem in kuching. Plus large parking space and quiet neighborhood (We're group of 8 travelling for local tournament with a separate car rental.) Last but not least the agent/owner really respects tenant privacy , check in and check out was really helpful.

All facilities provided ,washing machine, WiFi, TV, water filter , all the basic amenities are there. The car porch is very big. Very easy to commute with the host. Will definitely book this place if I am coming back to Sabah
