Internet speed is perfect for working over 100 mbps. This boutique hotel should definitely have 5 stars rating, not exaturating one of best stays we had. Always felt taken care of better than in any 5 star resort and afternoon teas were a nice touch after exploring nearby island. Definitely must come back!

The villa provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We had the most amazing time staying here, the attention to detail on the design of this place is impeccable. The place is honestly so beautiful- even better than the photos! The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and we were provided with a gallon of drinking water. The bed was amazing, beyond comfortable, we saw that ear plugs were provided for noise, but we didn’t need them. We opted for a massage each which was an amazing relaxing start to our anniversary, and we had this in the comfort of our villa. I saw some previous comments about large geckos in the bathroom which we also encountered, the staff offered to move them but the geckos stayed high up on the ceiling and they were way more afraid of us- so we were happy to live alongside them for a few days. The staff were amazing, easily contacted via WhatsApp and able to help with our queries. In terms of food we could order any we wanted from a few restaurants to the room and it arrived quickly and they were delicious! We loved staying here and would’ve liked to stay even longer! Will definitely be back!

There is an immediate feeling of comfort at the reception with the lovely team. They have been available 24h for every little wish we had. The villa is built in a way that has the best feng shui ever. Every wall is rounded and you feel like there are no corners or edges anywhere. The details are full of surprises starting with even the dental hygiene kit ;) And then there is the POOL! What an amazing feeling to be able to jump into the ever refreshing water anytime you want. The bed - pure heaven! Finally been able to sleep through the night. Fantastic beach close by. You can order food from the area directly to your room. Including the most delicious pizza we've had in all over south east asia. So many more things to say but we dont want to spoil all the surprises. 10/10

Located in Gili Air, Kaien Villas Gili Air provides accommodation with a pool with a view, a terrace and garden views. The room was very clean, bright and all the facilities were there. Also, the view on the swimming pool is a real plus as it is totally calm and relaxing. We would like to send a special thanks to Brooke, the owner, who is very kind and thoughtful. It was our honeymoon and she & her staff made this moment perfect: flowers on the bed, mini bar, free bikes... Also a big thanks to Zoul and Moza who were extremely kind with us and offered their help with the smile. We highly recommend Kaien for everything written as well as the good location on Gili Air, really close to the best beaches and best restaurants!
