Set just 42 km from Gregory Lake, leisure Mount View features accommodation in Haputale with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. We loved our stay here - the views from the property were amazing and the rooms were comfortable and homely. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay. The dinner we had here was one of the best sri lankan meals of our trip. We would recommend this stay to anyone :)

First of all it goes by the name"secret". Beautiful view of the mountains and waterfall. Very nice stay. More importantly, Namal & his team is very caring and sweet. Love the dinner they cook with rich local flavor.

What a great homestay, tucked away in the Sri Lankan hill terraces. Waking up to amazing view of the valleys and sound of birds. Great hikes nearby. Lovely family hosting us with friendliness and great food.

Located in Ella, 4.4 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and 48 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden, Eminence ella provides spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Amazing staff! 80% of whatever we did was with their help and guidance. Safari, hiking, cafe, you name it. We recommend Yala for safari. We were lucky to see elephants, bear and even a jaguar with the guide suggested by the hosts. We went on 5-8 october. The view is astonishing and when it rains it's truly unique. They serve delicious breakfast. The coffee is great too. Comfy and clean beds. While here, we recommend at least 2-3 days in Ella, go to Little Adam's Peak for sunrise, go to Asanka Cafe for a view to the Nine Arch Bridge, go to Yala Safari if you have a day to spare, go to the Uva Halpewatte Tea Factory. Reading a book with a view and some tea at this accomodation was delightful.

Avenra Cottage, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Ella, 1.5 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, 49 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden, as well as 1.5 km from Little Adam's Peak. It was just outside the Main Street in Ella, about a 10 minute walk but still has lots of restaurants near by. It was set back off the main road so we had some privacy. And right next to the path to 9 arches bridge

Situated just 5.3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, New Farmers Paradise provides accommodation in Ella with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as room service. The location of the place is just outside of the touristy center of Ella, providing wonderful escape and shelter in the paradisiac green fields own and actively cultivated by the owner. I felt I was at the visit in aunt, that’s the way I was looked after, welcomed, offered teas and snacks. The lady cooks incredible rice and curry everyone who stays there must try! I absolutely recommend this place to everyone who want to wake up to the sunset amongst mountains and green fields, sing of birds and peacocks. The atmosphere in the house is so nice that it make me instantly became friends with other visitors who I consider incredible people. Owner has wonderful personality that gathers people around, apart from running his farm, he enjoys the company of tourist and his approach is authentic and adds character to his place. In addition, his extremely knowledgeable about agriculture and willing to share his stories when asked.
