Tasteful furnishings done with an eye for detail and with a beautiful peaceful outlook onto the garden. We only had one night but would very happily come back.

The room was nicely set up and is equipped with a small snack bar including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as provided fruit, breakfast cereals, coffee and tea. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean. The water pressure is great and shampoo/body wash were provided. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. The location is close to Upper Hutt City Centre with approximately 5 min drive time.

Stayed for one night. Very comfortable bed and superb continental breakfast. Serene and peaceful surroundings with stunning views over the orchard/valley. We ate dinner on the balcony as the sun was setting.

Caryn was a lovely host very welcoming with good knowledge and generous to a fault. we wished we could have stayed longer and thoroughly enjoyed Caryn's company and bubbly personality. we hope to see her in the future and welcome her to the UK.
