This is my fourth or fifth stay at Sri Ayutthaya Guesthouse, and it was as wonderful as ever - maybe even better, with the addition of a water kettle in the room. Also, the delightful owner, Jay, advised me that they will refill water bottles, something I wish all guesthouses did. Quiet, clean and comfortable - a real delight and oasis when I’m passing through Bangkok.

Located in an area with satisfying privacy and close to both the BTS Skytrain and SiPH hospital, the room was really spacious, decorated with furnitures of adequate sizes and positions. The staffs were really nice and welcoming as well.

The property was beautiful and quaint. We loved how it felt so small and personal. The room was amazing as well as the cute lobby area where we’d have breakfast. The staff was so sweet and helpful. It felt safe and was a perfect little haven from the rest of Bangkok, very peaceful and quiet from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hosts were friendly and communication was easy. Great location close to the metro with lots of food options and massage places nearby (and a 7-21 for snacks). Ideal for travellers who want privacy and don’t want to stay in the tourist pockets. Excellent value.

It’s not a hotel but for me was everything perfect. Location can’t be better, just in town centre.
