The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They made my stay very comfortable. Although I arrived too early, I was able to leave my luggage at the hostel before check-in. Since I had to leave before the breakfast started the next day, the lady receptionist prepared my breakfast package the day before. During the day she noticed that I like ginger tee, and she especially included it in the breakfast package. Very sweet. I highly recommend this hostel.

It was an excellent interesting place to stay. The beds we stayed on were better than expected for old cot style iron beds, learning that the sleeping bags were found in the bunker when they started going through everything was super cool. Staff were friendly. Had an awesome time :)

One of the best hostels I have stayed in Europe! The staff were very friendly and helpful, bathrooms, rooms and kitchen were super clean. Towels, bedsheets and even earplugs are provided. The beds are comfy and dorms are cool overall as you have sofas and a table to chill in the room. Just downstairs from the hostel there's a cool bar with craft beers and a garden. 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Brno

Although I booked a stay in a 12-person room, the staff gave me a single room for no extra money. Excellent service! so close to bus station.

I like the fact that all beds in the rooms have privacy curtains, which adds more health safety between guests. Rest of facilities are very clean and hope they keep this way. Location is great.

The location was excellent. Very convenient to the university and there was a tram stop a block away. The kitchen was complete with cooktop and a large fridge. It was great to have a clothes washer there.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. He upgraded me to a room with a better location just because it was available! Also, the location is better than it looks like on the map: tram no. 12 is very close by and runs directly to the center in less than 15 minutes.
