All the receptionists are absolutely awesome, I never thought that was important until I stayed here ! They are simply the best and really helpful whenever I wanted to ask questions, because they have great advice and are really happy to help you, give you info, directions, tips etc... Or just for chatting. The music is great too. The location couldn't be better either, bang in the middle of Casco Viejo. The beds are comfortable, with an individual light and outlets to charge the phone. The locker is big enough and you can ask to borrow a lock ! Breakfast is between 7:30 and 10:30 which in my opinion is great both for those who get up early and for those who like to sleep in (bread, butter, different jams, Nutella, tea, coffee, cereal, fruit and tomatoes sometimes, milk and soy milk) You also have you own code (take a pic!) to get in the hostel and then in your room and they are careful not to let strangers in, so the hostel stays calm. Good wifi and a confortable front room to get to know nice people or to get some work done. The kitchen has two microwaves, a small oven, a fridge, loads of plates mugs and glasses, a dish-washer... Apparently there's a common area/rooftop?
