The staff/all the people working there are extremely friendly and very helpful! To an extent that really is exceptional. They took very good care of me and made sure I am fine. Very attentive. They assisted me with a lot of things (finding shops, buying train tickets, suggesting me other properties for the places I was going to visit...) The property is located in a very quiet part of Varanasi which can be good if you want to avoid the crazy hustle. You do need to take some form of transportation to go to the ghats or the inner city though as it's quite far for walking. But if you value great service and kind people, this is the place for you.

the hostel was in such a great area, right near the gauges. the staff were super accommodating and helpful when it came to pick up and drop off to and from the hostel. the room was really cosy and comfortable and the activities on offer were a really great way to see the city! highly recommend

Everything was clean and the staff were the best. They were all very welcoming from the start and went out of their way to help with everything - from recommending activities, restaurants, booking our train tickets, and overall being lovely people.
