I'm very shy and he welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable, he was very receptive. I went snorkeling as guided by the host, I borrowed their bike almost everyday, as well as snorkeling equipment and towel as provided by the host, and even explored Miyako island with some of the other guests. Also the host made their own umeshu which was very nice. A very nice, welcoming, safe and cozy experience.

The dinner was outstanding, fresh catch of the day advertised and always making a superb choice. The hotel has the rustic and not unpleasant charme of an old style bed&breakfast pension or dormitory charme, with rusty stairs to rusty old fashioned large bedrooms with rusty old keys.
