I was supposed to stay a couple of days in Phnom Penh, then I had to extendm I decided to continue staying in Nangkol Village mostly because of its personnel. They are super attentive and kind, specially Tola, Seyha, Nik, actually, all of them. They are caring and always concerned that guests have a good stay. They even helped to change my bus-ticket. Good quality-price ratio.

One of the amazing places to live in Phnom Penh. The food is so delicious. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You must book this place if you wanna have a city view from the terrace.

Mad Monkey provided enjoyable food options at their restaurant, including beer, and had a pool to swim in during the day or simply relax in the sun. The hostel organized evening events such as beer pong and traditional food experiences, which might make working in the evening a bit challenging. I found the atmosphere to be somewhat loud for my taste, but the good Wi-Fi signal and opportunities for socializing or exploring the city could be appealing to others.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. It’s super clean, comfortable, dorms feel cozy, staff is incredible. You can book tours and bus tickets and they offer you multiple travel companies to do it with, you can pick one that best fits your needs - first hostel in SE Asia that offers something like this. Trying the food in the rooftop restaurant is a MUST. It’s affordable and delicious with stunning views. Wi-Fi is great, bathrooms are awesome and have a homey feel. They put me in female dorm on default 👍 AC is flawless, if you do get cold the blanket is thick enough to warm you up :)

Had a great time here. Everybody was super nice. Can really recommend if you want to travel and train Kickboxing / Khun Khmer at the same time. Or just travel. Or just train. Everybody working there and the owners were super nice. In training they take their time and give you tips for your techniques individually. Learned a lot there in only a few days. Also I had a good time the bar and with the people hanging around there. Can 100% recommend. Doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced. Thank you guys!

The view was amazing, the staff was very kind, the beds were huge and very comfortable, the location was super central, right next to National Museum and 2 min walk from Royal Palace and everything is easily accessible from there, all for a very cheap stay!

This place is awesome! It is a very basic guesthouse but the room had everything I needed for a short stay in Phnom Penh: a comfortable bed, AC, and a private bathroom. It is centrally located, within walking distance from the river promenade, with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars around. The bonus is the owner: he was super nice and friendly. Always greeted me with a smile and checked if everything was ok. I would stay here again. Recommended place!
