Surely one of our best experiences. They took every small detail seriously, ✓Staff: 10/10, Friendly staff, the receptionist was very kind to provide us a 24*7 hotline in case we faced any problem in the hostel. Thats was superb. A staff was assigned to give us a short tour of the hostel. When I lost my room card, it was helped out immediately. ✓Interior/facilities: excellent interior, all the corners were designed. We could see the effort in small details. the walls were full of good art, customer feedbacks were framed on wall, the washroom had speakers playing good music. ✓added value: they were kind to let us store the luggages before and after the check-in. Provided us a city map with great recommendations. We went during carnival, and we were offered costume of our choice without any additional cost. Highly recommend place.

Nice part of the town along with river running right behind so grab a beer and sit on the back patio which was large. I did not eat at the place which offers breakfast lunch and dinner. I walked everywhere and very close to the shopping area and felt very very safe walking in this town.

The room was small, but larger than expected for a boat. Bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The shower got everything wet, but they had another shower down the hall so you didn't have to steam up your room or get your bathroom soaked. Pay for the breakfast, totally worth it and delicious!
