The rooms had tons of shelf room even for big bags, curtains and well constructed beds that didn't transfer motion between top and bottom bunks. The kitchen was amazing and complete. The common space had a PS4 to play around with to boot. All the bathrooms had pages from Where's Waldo books on the walls (Where's Wally in the UK.)

Amazing view to the lake, I could enjoy nature just on the other side of the street. Kitchen was quiet and clean, also with a view. I wanter to stay in a quiet place and it was perfect for my expectations. Bedroom was confy and clean. Also I arrived late and they had organized everything so I could still check in without no one in the reception. Location amazing, very close to the busy streets.

And a couple minute walk from an real fruit ice cream truck, four square and laundry mat. The one thing for us was the no aircon we died in the 30 degree heat even with all the windows open. It also next to a hostel and they can be noisy in the deck outside to really late. The owner was really nice and was great to have free parking at the back.
