I am staying at this property for 2nd time, very happy about it in general (clean, friendly staff, tasty pancakes for breakfast). But in addition, something unusual happened to me this time: I've sent a package home (international shipping) and due to FedEx incompetence, it returned to the hostel while I was out of the country. Hostel staff was so friendly that they kept the package for me for a few days before it could be picked up by for delivery again. They were extremely supportive and communicated promptly. I can say they went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again!

Great location . Big room with fashionable decoration promoting privacy through separating curtains. The room is cleaned every day and the cleaner is putting new towel on each bed daily . We faced a small issue with the WC by night ; the plomber came and fixed it within 10 minutes from informing the reception .
