Close distance to everything. They were very helpful and responsive, you can rent hiking poles for cheap price. Forgot some stuff there in the morning and till the evening they searched for it and kept it for me, great management

Hostal Baquedano is set in the centre of Puerto Natales, 500 metres away from the Main Square and 600 metres from the bus station. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. This place is pretty quiet, with comfortable beds and very good showers. What makes it special though is the people who run it. Hector and his wife are very friendly and provided good tips about the region. I stayed here three times. The third time I showed up without a reservation late at night because I had a problem with a reservation elsewhere. Hector was kind enough to set up a room for me. A man who is dedicated to making people feel welcome at his hotel. Also they kept our bags at the hotel while we did the W trek for no extra fees. And the Wifi worked fine.
