My first stay was very good. At my arrival at the second time I was warmly welcomed like a frequenter. This is the difference between just being a client or a guest. In Hostal Factoria I always felt as a welcome guest. The rooms are comfortable, nice and tidy (I got a nice room with a view on the fjord). The hotel is located downtown close to the beautiful shoreline. The staff was always extraordinary friendly and supportive. As I had to checkout early in the morning a breakfast package was prepared. I highly recommend Hostal Factoria!

Located in Puerto Natales and with Puerto Natales Bus Station reachable within less than 1 km, Puma House provides a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a... I loved my stay there. The place is beautiful, chill, calm, I felt very welcomed, staff good and always cleaning and taking care of the place. Super comfortable bed, bedsheets Full kitchen with coffee and tea available all the time, good shared bathroom

Hostal Baquedano is set in the centre of Puerto Natales, 500 metres away from the Main Square and 600 metres from the bus station. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. The staff is amazing!!!! They did help me a lot to prepare my W treck. They keep your bags for free if you book 2 nights with them or ask for 10000 cpl. They do make sure to give you breakfast on the time you leave. You feel be part of their family !!! I do recommend 100%!

Set within 700 metres of Maria Auxiliadora Church and 30 km of Cueva del Milodon, Treehouse Patagonia provides rooms in Puerto Natales. I’ve never felt so welcome and at home before at any hostal as I have at the treehouse. The host Gerardo went out of his way to make our stay perfect! He not only “saved” our W trek by lending us some of his hiking sticks last minute but he also gave us several rides around town (as the hostel was more quiet given that it’s low season). The room was cozy, warm and quiet. The storage and laundry machine came in handy for our trip to Torres del Paine. Breakfast was great, loved the self service and coffee was always ready early in the morning :) on our last night Gerardo showed us how to make the most delicious Chilenan completos (hotdogs). We were truly sad when we had to leave!

Located just an 8-minute walk from the city center, Sheuen Patagonia offers accommodation in Puerto Natales. Free WiFi is available. Right sized, cozy and comfy rooms. The bathroom has a super-techie and wonderful shower. Climatization was on point. Breakfast was also very tasty and healthy. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful.
