I stayed two times in Hostal Factoria within a couple of days. My first stay was very good. At my arrival at the second time I was warmly welcomed like a frequenter. This is the difference between just being a client or a guest. In Hostal Factoria I always felt as a welcome guest. The rooms are comfortable, nice and tidy (I got a nice room with a view on the fjord). The hotel is located downtown close to the beautiful shoreline. The staff was always extraordinary friendly and supportive. As I had to checkout early in the morning a breakfast package was prepared. I highly recommend Hostal Factoria!

Mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, dan pemandangan kota, Puma House berlokasi di Puerto Natales, kurang dari 1 km dari Terminal Bus Puerto Natales. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I booked a tour to Torres del Paine with them which was easy to do. Other people in the hostel were also friendly and chatted in the kitchen in the evening. A small but cozy hostel.

They did help me a lot to prepare my W treck. They keep your bags for free if you book 2 nights with them or ask for 10000 cpl. They do make sure to give you breakfast on the time you leave. You feel be part of their family !!! I do recommend 100%!

Terletak di Punta Arenas, wilayah Magallanes, Aska Patagonia berlokasi 18 menit jalan kaki dari Playa Colon. We enjoyed our stay here. The owners were super friendly and the kitchen was great for cooking meals. We extended our stay and have booked to come back again after our trip to Ushuaia.

Treehouse Patagonia terletak di Puerto Natales, berjarak 8 menit jalan kaki dari Maria Auxiliadora Church dan 30 km dari Cueva del Milodon. I’ve never felt so welcome and at home before at any hostal as I have at the treehouse. The host Gerardo went out of his way to make our stay perfect! He not only “saved” our W trek by lending us some of his hiking sticks last minute but he also gave us several rides around town (as the hostel was more quiet given that it’s low season). The room was cozy, warm and quiet. The storage and laundry machine came in handy for our trip to Torres del Paine. Breakfast was great, loved the self service and coffee was always ready early in the morning :) on our last night Gerardo showed us how to make the most delicious Chilenan completos (hotdogs). We were truly sad when we had to leave!

With an excellent location right in the city centre, Wild Hostel offers accommodations in Puerto Natales. Free Wi-Fi access is available and guests are served a daily complimentary American breakfast.... Really nice place to relax in between activities. Staff were all amazing, great location. Breakfasts were so good!

Sheuen Patagonia menawarkan akomodasi di Puerto Natales, hanya 8 menit berjalan kaki dari pusat kota. Wi-Fi gratis tersedia di akomodasi. Right sized, cozy and comfy rooms. The bathroom has a super-techie and wonderful shower. Climatization was on point. Breakfast was also very tasty and healthy. The lady in charge was very kind and helpful.
