Islesburgh House Hostel ligger i Lerwick, 6 minuters promenad från Bain's Beach, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en restaurang. This hostel was excellent, great value for money, very clean, all required facilities. Above all the manager was so friendly and helpful - what a difference that makes to a stay. Would highly recommend to families looking for reasonably priced, spacious and clean accomodation in Lerwick. We have a three year old and she loved it, excellent park and swimming pool nearby.

Everything is clean, clear, and organized. The staff -- especially Tom -- is brilliant. Extremely walkable location;. easy to take a Borders bus to Siccar Point, a major site in geology and the history of science. I would love to return.

Ben Nevis Inn Rooms is located at the foot of Ben Nevis and offers accommodation with the added bonus of being housed next to our pub and restaurant – The Ben Nevis Inn. Everything! Especially the view is perfect. We had a good stay and definitely would love to come back

New Town Hall Bunkhouse erbjuder boende i Whithorn. Utöver ett gemensamt kök har detta boende även en terrass. Gästerna kan njuta av utsikten över bergen. We stayed for a week and had plenty of time to explore the local museum (you have to do the roundhouse tour), the Isle of Whithorn, the cliffs with the singing seals, Wigtown, the beach at Garlieston... all on foot and by public bus. No mass tourism, everyone is super friendly and accommodating.
