The common areas were spacious, a large kitchen to use, showers had hot water and the beds were wooden so there was no squeaking. The staff were lovely and gave us advice for our trip - would stay here again next time we’re back!

Breakfast and dinner(for a reasonable 10£) were delicious, just the right serving sizes for fueling a day outdoors. Common area is great to chill in after a long day and play board games with fellow guests. This is one of those places that you want to tell everyone how amazing it is, but at the same time don’t want to in order to make sure it’s not booked out when you want to go back, and you will want to go back again. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect hostel.

An array of activities are offered in the area, such as cycling and hiking. We were already excited by the drive up through the beautiful wooded valley. When we arrived we were overwhelmed with the beauty and tranquility of the location. The property was so clean and comfortable and big enough to accommodate us all very easily. We were fortunate enough to have lots of sunshine so we enjoyed walks, a BBQ and a fire. We had plenty of shared meals in the big dining room.
