I loved my stay there and if I visit Birmingham again that's the place I'll book for my stay, the staff was excellent and kind, the rooms and common areas were spotless, and the bunks were roomy and had thick privacy curtains which I really liked, also the outlets were fitted with usb outlets too which came in handy. Also during check out you could leave your stuff at a separate locked room until you were ready to leave at no extra charge I'd definitely go back and I'd recommend the hostel to anyone
