I forgot my driver license at the hostel and they kindly mailed it to me in Mumbai. I stayed one night in the private room and one night in the dorm. I wasn't that lucky in the dorm, because there was a heavy snorrer, but in the private everything was great.

The hostel also offered a fantastic hike to a hill in the Western Ghats. The staff were friendly and caring, and had a deep knowledge of the area. The dorm was spacious and well ventilated. It was always possible to order delicious and reasonably priced food.
