Set in La Spezia, Liguria region, Costello is located 35 km from Mare Monti Shopping centre. The staff here were so incredibly nice that even though the hostel wasn’t perfect, I can’t help but give it a 10/10! It’s very clean and not filled with a million people. I got a text beforehand from the owner to confirm my arrival time, he then gave a very warm welcome tour of the facilities, and that night they offered free pesto pasta which was one of my favorite meals of my whole trip! It had a lovely balcony and many bathroom stalls. The room I shared was pretty spacious. Also Cinque Terre is just a magical place overall, so I had a great time. Wish I stayed longer!

Set in La Spezia and within less than 1 km of Castello San Giorgio, 5 Terre Backpackers City has a shared lounge, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Super well located if you want to see the other cities as the train station is 2min distance There is decent breakfast every day Francesco is super nice and always makes sure you are ok, also the staff from the bar is very nice Very cozy place and people in general are also very kind The rooms and bathrooms stays always quite cleaned

Grand Hostel Manin is located in La Spezia, a 15-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 300 metres from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Location - close to food,bars, shops and bus stops. Train station is a 15-20 walk. Staff was friendly and helpful and gave good advice on where to visit (Lerici and Tellaro). Aperitivo daily - red or white. Group dinners. They recycle.

Ostello Tramonti has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in La Spezia. Featuring a bar, the property is located within 7.8 km of Castello San Giorgio. Very friendly staff and people in general, very chill and safe environment. The hostel is in the middle of a mountain but bus connection is reasonable. Also Gloria from the Tabacco down street gives you detailed information about everything and she is a very friendly person. I had wonderful time.

Located 300 metres from the sandy beach in Levanto, Ospitalia del Mare is set in a historical building preserving the original décor. It was a 13 minute walk to the train station and super close to the beach! The rooms were super clean and spacious, HUGE lockers which was a bonus. Staff was friendly. Washer and dryer there which was a bonus (you have to pay at the front desk to use it)

Just a 15-minute walk from the Mediterranean Sea, Perla del Levante Hostel features a sun terrace and simply furnished rooms with sea views in Framura, a few steps from the centre. Lovely location up on the hill with a great view. That said, if you have luggage you have to arrive at a time when there is a bus. It‘s lots of stairs up the hill from the train. But stunningly beautiful, passing through an old village. Another lovely village is just a little further up the hill from the hostel. There are a couple of shops and a cafe there but opening times do not necessarily coincide with your stay.

Located in Corniglia and with Corniglia Beach reachable within 500 metres, Ostello Corniglia provides a garden, allergy-free rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. Perfect location. I got a private room and it was exactly what I needed after a long day of hiking. Close to where the trail ends and then the restaurants for later without being right in the center of town where it could get noisy in the morning.
