At the hostel, the rooms come with a desk. With a shared bathroom fitted with a shower and a hairdryer, rooms at Cocomock House also feature free WiFi, while selected rooms also feature a mountain view. food was the best I’ve had in Japan. not kidding. delicious. staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.

The units in the hostel are fitted with a flat-screen TV. All guest rooms feature a shared bathroom, slippers and bed linen. Clean and modern facility. Owner was clear and friendly. It is a Guest Inn, aka a Hostel, so expect accordingly. I feel it is a bit unfair that other reviews complain about gaps to a Hotel service, it is not a Hotel. Rooms are private but bathrooms and kitchen are shared. Showers were great and super clean. The kitchen area was well equipped and there were a few items for sale like instant noodles, chips and water. As it is not located in Shirakawa-go (where you go sightseeing as a tourist) the Inn offers a shuttle to Shirakawa-Go bus stop. This was really good! Without big luggage you could also walk there in 25 minutes.

Only a 2-minute walk from JR Takayama Station, K's House Takayama Oasis offers free WiFi throughout the property. The Old Town are a 10-minute walk away, while the venue of Miyagawa Morning Market is a 7-minute walk away. The place was so cozy and clean, and staff was very kind. We could let our luggage before check-in. Its location was perfect, very close to the station and to the main attractions.

The place is really good, and the onsen is very nice, The staff is very nice and helpful, There is not a close bus station but they provide shuttle to takayama station, We really enjoyed our stay!
