The breakfast was superb. Very pleasant easygoing yoga sessions were offered without extra cost both in the morning and the evening. After wandering the whole day on the beautiful coasts of Öland, we were invited to relax in the yoga room, mildly washed over by the sound waves of huge gongs. This is really the place to relax! The owners were kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Located in Vimmerby and with Olsbergs Arena reachable within 50 km, Körsbärskullen provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a shared lounge. A great place to stay in for families. A unique hostel with interesting history, located in a region where Astrid Lindgren's books are a living story. Owners where very helpful and made plenty of recommendations on what to visit in the neighbourhood. A very well equiped and organized kitchen. Kids had planty of space to play. Parents also had a cosy library to relax in.

Set in Lammhult, 38 km from Växjö station, Asa Vandrarhem offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We did not know this place at all and as a transit only booked the room same day as arrival day. But what a surprise, the hostel is in a quiet, beautiful lake view location. The room is spacious, clean and comfy, the owner is very friendly and helpful, the kitchen is big and well equipped, if we knew we would definitely book for more days, perfect holiday location! Highly recommended!

Located in Åsens By cultural reserve, this hostel offers pet-friendly accommodation set in 3 different buildings. The surrounding village dates back to the 1900s. WiFi and parking are free. Wonderful super sweet cottage location great the complex is a superb working farm just wish we could have stayed longer.

STF Södra Ljunga is located in a beautiful old vicarage from the 1800s, 7 km from Bräkentorp beach. It offers a museum and rooms with free Wi-Fi. Ljungby town centre is 16 km away. Very clean place. Something remind me Bullerby childrensbook 🙂

Situated in Långasjö village centre, this hostel is housed in a 19th-century stable. It offers free WiFi, free parking and rooms and cottages with private or shared bathroom facilities. The forest setting with the lake was wonderful. The accommodation was simple but all we needed. The cooking facilities were excellent with many essentials supplied. The breakfast was good. Best of all were the charming German ladies who run this business. Nothing for them was too much trouble. Our stay was a real pleasure and not expensive.
