Attractively situated in Istanbul, Hostel Le Banc features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. The staff and the rooms were amazing! Best hostel I've stayed by far.

Attractively set in Istanbul, Archeo features air-conditioned rooms, a terrace and free WiFi. I stayed Dec 17-21 & 24-26, 2022 Scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) Staff: 10 - all staffs are very kind, friendly, approachable and helpful especially Bora the handsome lead hostel staff. Location: 9 - less than 1 minute walk to tophane tram station main road. Ample number of taxis passing in front of the hostel (based on my experience, 60% of the driver don’t use meter and haggle with passengers for a lot higher payment, so use tram, subway, bus and ferry if you don’t want such situation). Also the Hostel is just 5 mins drive away from Taxim Airport Bus Station (68 TL only, cheapest way to get to the 2 airports, very easy for travelers). Neighboring to Hostel (alongside) are small convenient stores for your needs like water, chocolates, snacks etc and also local restaurants (just 3 establishments away, I always eat in Tophane Kebapcisi, delicious at a very affordable price). Beside it is a souvenir shop at low prices. Also Galata Tower, Karakoy for food and ferry are also walkable in just 10-15 mins. the nearest subway station Sishane is 12 mins walk away. Room: 9 - clean room with comfy bed, pillows and blanket, clean shower bathroom with good water pressure (shower) with hot and cold, room has aircon, good for heating the room during winter. Room is quiet. Wifi: 7 - (I stayed at the 3rd flr, 85% of the time wifi is enough, 20% of the time a little weak. Value for money: 9 - very affordable and reasonable in a good location Added value / facilities: 9 - has a cool and cozy cafe downstairs

Only 200 metres from Blue Mosque, Stanpoli Hostel is an 4-minute walk to Hagia Sophia. It offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi access in all areas. Topkapi Palace is 800 metres away. Wonderful terrace and breakfast each morning. Location could not be better.

Friendly people welcomed us at the hotel and this makes all the difference in the world. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, fridge, as well as coffee and tea. The location is great, a few minutes from the Taksim Square, fast foods and restaurants.

Only 300 metres from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, Cheer Lighthouse is located in the historic Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. Very comfortable and one of the best experiences which I had between all hostels. The staffs were amazing and it seems you know each other for several years. Jack, key, serdar (azmoon) and chef berry made a fantastic stay for me. The location was great. 2 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to sultan ahmat mosque. Every evening thay try to have events and make fun for the guests. Absolutely recommend to everyone who wants to make new friends.

Only 250 metres from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, Sultan Hostel&Guesthouse has a central location in the historical Sultanahmet district. The location is awesome for being close to many of the main attractions in Istanbul’s old town. There are many restaurants close by. There is a bus that runs throughout the European side that stops about 4 blocks away on the Kennedy. The trams and the metro are a little over a kilometer away though. The room was comfortable, though mine was small. WiFi was strong and constant. The shower had good pressure with quick access to hot water., though the wall socket was broken so it was only hand held. The AC worked well. Street noise was minimal but you could hear neighbors in the hallway but not when they were in their rooms. Breakfast was traditional Turkish kavalte of boiled egg, bread, cheese and cucumber, tomatoes and olives. Coffee, tea or juice were included. Staff was very friendly and helpful though only desk staff spoke English. I would definitely stay here again if staying in Sultanahmet.

Situated in the heart of the historic Sultanahmet district, Antique Hostel is only a few steps from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Great view from the rooftop restaurant:) good beds with curtains, nice place, nice staff, good breakfast:) my second time there.
