At the foot of Mt Coolum, surrounded by cafes, restaurants & in close proximity of Clive Palmer's Golf Course, it's the perfect seaside escape. Capturing uninterrupted views of Mount Coolum, this gorgeous modern residence promises idyllic coastal living for you to enjoy with your loved ones (pets included). There’s four spacious bedrooms, fitted with ceiling fans and high quality linens. The master suite offers a walk-in, full ensuite and a private balcony. Create delicious meals in a sleek kitchen that showcases marble bench tops, gas cooking and top of the range appliances. Shake up some drinks at the pool to enjoy by the pool.

The neighbourhood is surrounded by lovely warm locals, who will often give you a wave or a greeting as you pass them in the street. It's a very safe, gated and warm community, with a lot of locals being early to rise and early to bed. Things to do: - Enjoy the community facilities, pools, tennis courts - Clive Palmers Golf Course - Private access to Yaroomba Beach - Mount Coolum National Park - Visit Noosa - 4x4 drive to Double Island Point - Surfing and Swimming at an array of local beaches - Spirit House Yandina - Skydiving - Ginger Factory - Visit Peregian Springs - Visit Mooloolaba - Lows Lookout - Emu Mountain - Stumers Creek Dog park - Blast Aqua Park - Mount Coolum National Park - Take Surf Lessons on Coolum beach - Visit Australia Zoo Parking is available and everything is accessible via car (if not in walking distance). Public transport is limited so it's recommended that you either hire a car or grab an Uber if you need to go somewhere that is not within walking distance. *This home is located in a gated, residential area with friendly neighbours in close proximity. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited and quiet hours are implemented after 9pm.
