This private, super clean, cosy studio has its own seperate entrance and is styled in a beach theme. This accomodation is perfect for females ONLY or mother and children. With its own separate entrance, you can come and go as you please. It has a King Bed that can be separated into Twin Beds, a kitchenette with crockery and cutlery, microwave, bar fridge, tea, coffee, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster, easy unrestricted on-street parking, clothes rack, sparkling pale-toned linen, soft decor in beach theme, side table, desk, clothes hanger, umbrella and leafy outlook. Guests can request a fold-out bed for a child under 6 years and/or a port-a-cot to be set up also.The private bathroom is spotlessly clean with shower, toilet and vanity. Towels and linen are provided. Laundry access is available upon request during day hours. The pool can be access upon request also throughout the day and seasonally. The host is onsite and available to assist at any time with any request or query. The studio is close to train and bus plus shopping precinct. Clean, peaceful, private and female only.

Myself and my daughter are very busy. We enjoy the performing arts, theatre and the outdoors. We are both interested in rhythmic gymnastics and dance. We are like horse riding. Wilston is nearby with a lovely village feel with bars, restaurants, homeware shops, Hardrock Ice-creamery and more. Newmarket nearby has the cinema and shopping areas plus restaurants. The city is really close-by with trains and buses at the end of the street. This is close to the City and hospitals plus universities and tourist attractions.
