All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and there is a TV in both bedrooms 1&3. The kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped with cooking, microwave and dishwasher facilities. It has a dining table and chairs to accommodate six; ideal for a family and a TV. A child's highchair is also available on request. Leading off from the kitchen is a sunroom, ideal for sitting and relaxing. The lounge is light and modern and has a sunroom leading off which overlooks the enclosed front courtyard garden; a lovely quiet retreat to enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom is modern with a shower, toilet and sink; all towels are provided. The rear garden is fully enclosed and secure and contains a sun house with laundry facilities. There is street parking directly outside the house in a quiet treelined avenue.

Our convenient holiday home is in the quiet streets of Glenelg North, next to the Patawalonga Lake/Marina, and Tarinwarra Reserve, and a easy few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants and sandy beaches of Glenelg Glenelg tram is a ten-minute walk; the tram is four stops away from Morphettville Racecourse. The tram conveniently takes you directly into Adelaide City centre. The J1 bus route at the end of the street takes you to Harbour Town Factory Outlet (and Woolworths); Adelaide Airport and then on to the City centre. Close proximity to two international golf courses (Glenelg Golf Course 2.7km, Adelaide Shores Golf Park, 2.6km).
