Immerse yourself in luxury and tranquility, in this 700 sq ft condo with a private 300 sq ft backyard facing the golf course is a 10-minute peaceful stroll to the beautiful private beach, where you will see colorful macaws, monkeys, iguanas, and deers! Relax outside on the private back terrace facing the golf course or enjoy a leisurely round of golf at the Los Delfines Golf and Country Club. Play some pickleball, beach volleyball, go for a nice walk in the 24/7 secured gated friendly community and along the 6KM Tambor beach, or do yoga. There is a beach restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks and have fun dancing and doing karaoke!
