Property info

This flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a bedroom with a double bed (1,60m), another bedroom with a bunk bed (90cm beds) and a third bedroom with a bunk bed made up of a 1,50m bed and a 90cm bed. It has a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. Towels, sheets and pillows are provided for all guests. It is equipped with everything guests may need for a perfect stay. To access the flat there is a small flight of stairs. EBI01489

Neighborhood info

This charming flat located in Derio, a fourth floor with lift (with a flight of stairs), is in a quiet area, with parks, swimming pools and catering services nearby, it is close to the airport and 10 minutes walking distance to the Zamudio Technology Park Business Centre. It is 15 minutes by car from Bilbao, with train that connects with the metro and bus, both of which are close to the house. Parking is free on the street and there are plenty of parking spaces. You will love it both for its location and its decoration, with brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen. Ideal for friends, families and business travellers. During the summer there are buses that go to the beaches of Bakio and Plentzia, every hour, from the bus stop next to our house.
