Recently renovated in 2023 with top-quality materials and attention to detail. Mimi's Apartment boasts all the best features you could hope for. Our cozy apartment is the best option to relax in with the whole family during your stay in Valencia. Easy access on the ground-floor specifically prepared for restricted mobility needs. There is a potent air filter and quality central air conditioning leading to each room. This apartment accommodates up to 4 - 6 people comfortably. It features two double beds in separate private rooms and could sleep 1 - 2 more people in the living room on the sofa bed. There is a foldable baby's cot and high chair as well. Talk about a fully-equipped home! Enjoy a spacious shower to relax in or cook meals just as if you were at home. A pleasant stay is guaranteed. Free Fibra Wi-Fi + 1G! LED TV with USB, Aircon, Nest alarm system, air filter, emergency lights, Bosch washer and dryer 2-in-1, large Samsung fridge, Bosch induction + oven, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary appliances and cookware one might need during their stay. A fully equipped kitchen and fresh bed linen and towels are provided making it the perfect choice of accommodation for 4 people, with a fold-out sofa for 2 more. There is a hairdryer, iron & board, and an entry phone with a camera at the front door. An ideal space to rest and recover from an adventurous day in the city. Pets, smoking and drugs are not permitted within the apartment. There is free and paid parking options nearby - Ask us for the locations before you arrive!

En Corts: Welcome to a calm family neighborhood right next to the trendy neighborhood of Russafa. Valencia's main train station "Estacion Nord" is a calm 15 min. walk from the apartment, with a variety of busses to the city center or the beach and port area. There is plenty of space to park on the streets. If painted white, it's free.
