Quietly located in the pedestrian area of Cannes city center, close to the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette and the Vieux Port, this 3-room apartment (50 m2 for 4 people maximum), facing south, recently completely renovated, is decorated in a contemporary spirit and classified 3 stars. At the same time very accessible for congresses (300 m from Palais des Festivals), it is also close to beaches, shops, the covered market and restaurants: everything can be done on foot. A public car park is ideally located at the foot of the building and the train station is only 400 m away. The very bright apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern building with elevator and has a large living room with a dining area. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is open to the living room. The sleeping area consists of 2 independent bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and the other with 2 90x190 beds all with firm comfort) and a shower room. The apartment is air conditioned (hot / cold), wall mounted towel dryer in the shower room, Wi-Fi access is free and unlimited and it is non-smoking. Exit cleaning as well as sheets, towels and tea towels are included.
