The bar and the reception. These being the only 2 things from website which were accurate. I was very disappointed with the Hotel for the price of the rooms they were very basic and very run down. The family room had a bathroom smaller than the single room the decor within the hotel - other than the reception was appauling and the chairs we were expected to sit on at breakfast were disgusting. Wallpaper falling off stained chairs. The shower only provided cold showers - no hot water |

wonderful room we had the bridal suite not enough parking we had to go out and find street parking away from the hotel even though the info on line said there was parking. |

I loved the hotel:) Friendly and hospitable staff, huge bed, lots of space in the room. I didn't expect such comfort from 2star hotel;) pls fix you fire alarm, it rings every single day at 7 o'clock in the morning. And you don't know if you have to run away or it is just a check-up if it works. |

the location was good for the city center. transport links good. the rooms were in need of refurbishment and we understand this issue was being adressed. The bar and restaurant were closed we had to go out both nights.We did not know this until we checked in! |

The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable but room 200 is in a poor state. It was a pity that we were not informed of the poor state of the Hotel and that it was under going renovation. I would not recomend this Hotel until all work was completed. |

The hotel was being improved, so the restaurant and bar area were like a building site, very noisy and closed. We were not informed of these changes prior to our visit, and so the only facilities available to us were our rooms. |

In the first room we were allocated some of the furniture was broken. The bed was small & situated in a corner so one occupant would have been sleeping against a wall. The bathroom door could not be shut. The second room was better but the hot water took a long time to come through in the bathroom. I made a pot of tea while waiting for the shower to reach a usable temperature. |
