The building is an apartment on two levels consisting of three bedrooms, living room/ kitchen and terrace. It is reached only by stairs. I tried to give a different character to each room, including recycled objects and others made by a local craftsman: for example the "bedside tables-engine"! The idea was born from "Modena Motor Valley" (and hence the name of the building) and the proximity to the Ferrari Museum, the Maserati factory and everything that revolves around our city. Each room is equipped with everything you need for a peaceful stay in an area just outside the historic center, but a few steps from the train station and some suggestive attractions!

Hello! I'm Teresa, known as Terry. I was born in Modena and I still live here. After studying abroad and travelling both for work and for pleasure I decided to put my suitcases aside and use my travel experience to welcome and assist people who come here to visit this beautiful city. If you are in Modena as a Tourist, a traveller or for work, I have the right accommodation for you! Each room is designed and furnished to reflect a bit of my personality and the beauty of my city.

The R&B is located at the gates of the historic center, between the Ducale Estense park and the Ferrari Museum. In the neighborhood you can find various food shops (the Dpiù market is a few meters from the hotel) and ethnic bazaars. In addition to the multi-ethnic food in the area there are typical Modenese trattorias such as the Trattoria Ferrari or the Damedeo restaurant, several bars, America graffiti, Sushi corner and much more. For organic lovers, NaturaSì is a short distance away. In the Ducale Estense park you will find play areas, a small lake (892 sqm.) with ducks and swans, bars, toilets. For sports enthusiasts, the park offers plenty of space where they can run or exercise, and for those who have brought a book with them, they can relax by reading it on one of the benches. Next to the Ducal park you can visit the botanical garden for free and from there visit the historic center of Modena.
