Located in a quiet area 200 meters from Porta Camollia and the historic center, the apartment retains the typical Tuscan style with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta bricks. Thanks to the recent free and open 24-hour mechanical lift, the apartment is easily and reachable from the train station and is in a convenient position to reach the University and Ospedaliero delle Scotte and the University for Foreigners. The double bedroom, very restful and quiet, overlooks the countryside north of Siena. .

The apartment is located close to the historic center and has in the immediate vicinity all the most important services such as: pharmacy, bank, post office, tobacconist, laundry, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, taverns, vintners, hairdressers, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, kebabs. , sushi. The shopping center, as well as the train and bus station, can be reached with the nearby free escalator open 24 hours a day. From the station square, using the frequent urban bus service, in less than 5 minutes you can reach the "Le Scotte" hospital and the university center. The historic center can be reached with a few steps by crossing the Porta Camollia. Along the homonymous street, in a pleasant context of conviviality, you will meet various taverns and typical restaurants. After passing the territory of the Istrice district, along via Banchi di sopra (the Corso) you will reach the heart of the city, Piazza del Campo where the Palio takes place on 2 July and 16 August.
