The staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel location was very close to the Termini and not too far from most attractions. The rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was good. |

Excellent rooms, location, breakfast and staff. We would definitely stay here again. Everything in the rooms seemed new and very clean and up to date. Overall, considering prices in Rome, we found this to be great value. We were under the impression there was a roof terrace - there is but it is still not furnished. |

The hotel was very clean and smart. the staff all spoke good English and were very helpful. it would of been nice to have had tea/coffee facility in the room . A bar or a coffee areas of of been nice to relax during the evening. |

Hotel was very centrally located (near Termini Station) and the room we were allocated was clean and spacious. For the most part the staff were helpful. The breakfast was not 4 star in my opinion. It consisted of a very limited selection of bread (the bread rolls were very hard to chew!), some ham which tasted like cheap processed ham, cheese slices, orange and pineapple juice which was so sweet it tasted more like syrup than juice, and croissants (with icing). Maybe this is standard breakfast in Rome, but it was not my cup of tea!! |

The hotel is very close to the Termini station and made it easy to get around town! Very new and very clean! Double glazing - so your room is realy silent and peaceful place :) A/C works good. Breakfast is ... sufficient. Wi-fi must be cheaper :) |

The staff was courteous and the room was brand new, clean Their beds are incredibly hard - for the fourth and fifth night our backs were hurting. The breakfast is solid, with good cleanliness, etc. The hotel looks as if it rushed to open (November 2007): we had a big hole in the side of a wall above our vanity, it was not seen unless you were taking a show, there was still dust on the ground around the elevator, etc. |
