Immersa nel verde del Parco Regionale dei Colli Euganei,  Villa degli Ulivi è un elegante casa di campagna con piscina, circondata da 17.000 metri di terreno coltivato a ulivi e frutteti, nell’antico e intatto borgo medioevale di Arquà Petrarca, in provincia di Padova.  Questo paesino molto caratteristico è considerato una delle perle del Veneto, si trova nel cuore del Parco dei Colli Euganei e fa parte del circuito dei Borghi più belli d’Italia. Questo luogo è diventato celebre per aver ospitato, negli ultimi anni di vita, il Poeta Francesco Petrarca, del quale sono ancor oggi visitabili alcuni luoghi tra cui la casa dove soggiornò e la sua tomba. La Villa, collocata in uno dei più bei versanti del paese, si sviluppa su due piani e offre una vista panoramica sulla vallata. Villa degli Ulivi è composta al piano terreno da un ampio e luminoso soggiorno, una sala da pranzo, una cucina indipendente con zona pranzo e un portico con tavolo e sedie, una grande taverna con camino, piccolo angolo lavanderia e bagno. La zona notte è composta da quattro stanze da letto: una doppia e tre matrimoniali di cui una con bagno privato e loggia che affaccia sul verde. Tutte le stanze sono climatizzate e molto confortevoli.

Da Arquà Petrarca, grazie alla sua posizione strategica, si raggiungono velocemente i vicini centri termali di Abano, Montegrotto e Battaglia la piscina più profonda d’Italia e la seconda nel mondo, meglio conosciuta con il nome Y-40 destinata all'addestramento dei subacquei. Il territorio si presta bene a qualsiasi attività sportiva, ciclismo, mountain bike, escursionismo, nordic walking, arrampicata e parapendio. A distanza di pochi km l’uno dall'altro si trovano i quattro migliori campi da golf dei Colli Euganei, con un totale di 150 green, un vero paradiso per gli amanti di questo sport. Facilmente raggiungibili anche le città d’arte, Padova, Venezia, Vicenza, Treviso, Verona, caratterizzate da un notevole numero di Ville Venete (La Rotonda del Palladio, Villa Barbarigo di Valsanzibio con il famoso labirinto e giardino storico, il Castello del Catajo, il Castello Cini, Villa dei Vescovi e Villa Pisani di Strà. Infine a completamento di tutto, c’è una offerta eno-gastronomica quasi a km zero o poco più, atta a soddisfare qualsiasi palato anche i più esigenti.
