Had a very nice time here at the guesthouse. Great way to truly experience Pakse. Spent afternoons in the ac room. Could walk to town center or tuktuk. Tina was fun to talk with and hung out with her and some of her friends one of the nights and felt very welcome. Will return!

A cozy guest house run by the sweetest and most genuine family. They were able to arrange many things for us as well, like motorbike rentals, breakfast, and transportation. They were also very happy to give tips on where to go and what to do. I was even invited to join their family and friends for Laotian hot pot one evening. This was an experience you can’t even pay for. Their hospitality and concern for guests goes above and beyond.

The family suite was so roomy and comfortable, I loved it. Staff was amazing and friendly just as others have commented. Location is good, it takes a bit to walk into town but even better, there’s a mall that’s around the corner.

My room was bright and cheery, with good AC and hot shower, and I love having a fridge. Everything was quite comfortable. The location is a residential neighborhood but it's close to some small shops and a big mall with a supermarket. The host, Tina, is super friendly and she helped me with arranging tours, laundry, and transportation. I even got to try some of their homemade noodle soup and spring rolls. It was a good place to stay.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I booked this place because I got into a motorbike accident and needed somewhere with good customer service. All of the amazing reviews about Tina are true. She (and her staff) took care of me day in and day out. From cooking for me, driving me to the ATM, giving me clean sheets when I asked, printing things for me, and Tina just giving me her support, love and care. Not to mention, she had her family over one evening for dinner and we all got to hang out with them, try local food, etc. The hotel has such a great, family vibe. Thank you Tina ❤️ you have made a lasting impact on me!

Tina, the manager, is incredibly helpful and always there to assist and guide with anything I need. Abu Bakar, one of the staff members, is very knowledgeable about the area and is always available to help book tuktuks or taxis. I even felt comfortable asking about the safest way to return to the hotel late at night. Tina even gave me access to the kitchen and offered me free food, which made me feel right at home. The mattresses in the room are so comfortable, which isn't always the case in other places I've stayed in Laos.

Romantic colors, beautiful building wish I can visit again, a nice guesthouse near a local market, a gas station and a mall at the real center. Clean rooms, a lot of chairs to sit outside the rooms. Tina sells exceptional delicious Laotian food. The grocery store is near. You don’t have to struggle to get anything for your basics. Tuktuk taxi tour recommendations are very amazing! Tina the superstar host who helps your requests very often. Please visit heaven guesthouse for a lovely experience.

From the start, Tina was so welcoming and ready with any information I needed. Great to sit and chat and learn about the attractions and the loop. Tina also helped with my trip to the 4000 islands.
