SMDC Wind Residences is located in Tagaytay City. It is also near Robinson's Supermarket and SM Hypermarket. Our unit is located on the 15th floor of Tower 1. You will love my place because of its facilities and amenities. We have a 32" TV (no Netflix) shower heater, electric kettle, split-type air-conditioning and basic kitchen utensils. Note: We do not allow cooking inside the unit. Our unit is 30sqm with a bathroom and kitchen, We have a double bed, sofa bed, and extra mattress (for additional pax). We also have complimentary treats for two. Toiletries are also available. We also provide towels for the guests. Our unit is facing the clubhouse. You can have breakfast on our veranda and enjoy the fresh air of the city. Your ID (government IDs/passport only is accepted) should be presented upon checking in for registration.

This highest point in the city, People's Park in the sky gives a beautiful view of Taal Volcano and the Lake Taal.
