I am always happy to communicate with my guests, but please note that I have a few properties in Pattaya and the guests staying at all these properties and unfortunately I cannot teleport myself from one property to another in a blink of an eye :) So please notify me about all the changes (for example, about changing of your check-out time) at least 1 hour in advance. I would also appreciate if you do not wake me up during the night regarding questions of low importance. But of course I am ready to help you 24 hours if it is an emergency.

Property information

Major renovation in march 2024. We are located in a quiet area at the end of Jomtien Road (10 km to Walkin Street and nightlife) in a landscaped village. Modern, stylish interior design, furnished kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishes, appliances), with wooden beds (not chipboard) in each bedroom. We use pool salt as the main element in the process of cleaning it by electrolysis The territory is guarded 24 hours a day. Private area, Free parking for 5 cars, 7 bedrooms (max 18 people, 5 toilets, 2 buildings, 3 floors), MALDIVES style private pool 5*9 meters with children's pool 2*3 meters, BBQ area (with free charcoal and lighter), Relaxation area with gazebo and sun loungers, 7 minutes walk to Jomtien Beach New pool, new wallpaper, new living room sofa, new dining table for 14, new and clean curtains, wooden beds (not chipboard).

Neighbourhood information

Within walking distance there is: a convenience store (7-Eleven and FamilyMart), opposite the entrance to the village there is a Thai grocery store (beer, water, steaks, coffee, spirits, snacks, chips and much more), cafes, restaurants (Pupen Seafood Restaurant, Lung Sawai Seafood), Jomtien beach street (10 minutes walk), car rental, motorbike, massage parlor, marijuana boutique (free delivery), House of Benedict Pattaya art cafe Within walking distance (200 meters) there is a fishermen's village where you can buy seafood (crabs, squids, shrimps, fish, clams, snails, etc.). The village is located next to the Sukhumvit Highway, which provides easy and quick access to the famous attractions of the city (Nong Nooch, Wat Yan Temple, Upside Down House, Love Park, Floating Market, Ramayana Water Park, Military Beach) and shopping malls Makro (grocery), Tesco Lotus (products and things), Outlet Mall (things at low prices), BigC (grocery and clothing store). Upon arrival, you can always use our services of meeting at the airport with a sign and delivering you to my villa. Please order a taxi in advance in messages. My parking can accommodate up to 5 cars free of charge. Within walking distance there is a public transport stop (tuk-tuk, songteo), from where you can get for 20 baht to Makro, TescoLotus, BigC, the Floating Market and the Teprazit Night Market.
