About this space: This is a much sought after 550sqft luxurious suite with a private BALCONY directly overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The suite is located on the 15th floor the most preferred Tower 1 of MGM Signature resort, directly connected to the famous MGM Grand Resort and Casino, and walking distance to Top Golf, Planet Hollywood, T-Mobile Arena and all the excitement of the entire Las Vegas Strip. This private studio suite has all the amenities of home living within an ultra modern Vegas facility. The suite has one king sized bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa. The bathroom encompasses a private toilet, walk-in shower, and a luxurious Jacuzzi style bathtub. You will enjoy the spacious kitchenette with all the essential appliances including coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, blender, cooktop, microwave and utensils. You will have access to: * Pools and Hot Tubs located at within the Signature Towers as well as the Lazy River and Pools at the MGM Grand Resort * All Spa and Fitness Centers * 24 Hour Check-In and Front-Desk Service * Concierge Service * Complementary Valet Service * Complimentary High Speed Wi-Fi * All amenities at the MGM Grand including Pools, Fitness Centers, Fine Dining, and Lively Bars. * Absolutely NO Resort Fees - Huge daily Savings.
Guest access: This Suite is located at 145 East Harmon Ave which is Tower 1 of the MGM Signature Resort. If driving, you can utilize the complimentary valet services at the base of the tower or self park at the MGM Grand Self Parking lot. If coming in via ride share or taxi, you can be dropped off directly at the front entrance at the base of Tower 1. Taxi and ride share services are abundant and very easy to access - just ask the valet service to summon a ride for you. Special accommodations can be arranged through the complimentary onsite concierge services. Other things to note: Complimentary valet parking is subject to availability. If the valet lot is full, please proceed to the MGM Grand Self Parking Garage. A site and shuttle map is available upon request. Per MGM Signature resort rules, the rooms and balconies are to be smoke free. Please be advised that if you are caught smoking in the room, your credit card will be subjected to an added cleaning charge by MGM Signature. Guest must be at least 21 years of age in order to book and check in. Upon check-in, the front desk will place a security deposit authorization charge. This is purely for incidentals and purchases. The security deposit if fully refundable and released upon check-out if there were no purchases or incidentals applied to the room. Daily housekeeping is not included but additional items (towels, toiletry, sheets, etc.) can be provided upon request by calling the service provider on the placard located in the suite. Housekeeping staff will be at the facility between the hours of 10am-4pm for linen exchange if needed.
