A married couple that enjoys the golfing, sight seeing and hiking in parks such as the Valley of Fire, Zion and other locations in Nevada, Utah and Arizonas - Zion, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Moab. We like being on the waters of Lake Mead and Lake Powell among other reservoirs and rivers in the area. We live in town and manage the condo ourselves. The Springs is a highly desired Mesquite vacation neighborhood amongst many local residents. It is quiet, friendly and folks look out for one another. Mesquite offers golf, Golf, GOLF....beautiful sunsets, hiking, miles of ATV and UTV trails, gambling, and sporting events. Centrally located, it is a 90 minute drive to the Vegas strip or Zion National Park. You can't be bored in Mesquite! This is a very friendly neighborhood, close to Hafen Park with a great walking/biking trail where baby goats can be viewed, splash pads, pickle ball, tennis courts. It is also very close to fast-food eats and the Casablanca Resort and Golf Course. Mesquite is walking and bicycle friendly, but getting to and from the store we suggest a car.
